A HeArt Reflection is a personalized healing tool and piece of art in one that consists of poetry, spoken word, song and music.
It is a guide to your inner light, power and strength and it will help you to feel, heal and grow. It brings self-love, clarity, trust, acceptance and inner peace.
Originally Myrthe is an occupational health psychologist (MSc) and singer, writer and performer. Her work is backed up by years of (self)study into the fields of personal growth, healing trauma, philosophy, spirituality and expansion and evolution of human consciousness. She hopes to help people break free from all they feel trapped in, bring them home in their hearts and help them find their true authentic self, freedom and inner peace.
To order your HeArt Reflection fill in the application form below. You will receive a confirmation through email (this can take up to 1 day), and you will receive your gift in 1 week.

How does Myrthe work?
Myrthe works intuitively and in a Q&A way. This means that she attunes to you and a life theme and/or question you submit and then creates the HeArt Reflection based on this input. After receiving your application Myrthe chooses the style and the sound of the music* for your piece of art. The music is also attuned to you and the theme you submit.
After choosing the music Myrthe starts recording her voice and intuitively creates your HeArt Reflection using poetry, spoken word, song(s) and sounds. When she is done recording, she edits your piece of art and sends it to you. Scroll down for reviews and experiences of others.
*All the music in every HeArt Reflection is made by Myrthe.
How do I listen to it?
A HeArt Reflection is best listened with headphones and in a quiet area where you can focus your attention on receiving the transmitted sounds, words, melodies, energy and message(s).
Some more tips & advice:
1. Create a moment of silence for yourself, take a couple of deep breaths, open yourself up and come into a receptive state.
2. You can listen to the artwork more than once. The experience is that every time you listen you will be receptive for different pieces of the art.
How long will it take for me to receive my piece of art?
Myrthe strives to create your HeArt Reflection in +/-1 week after your order. When she will be delayed she will let you know through email. Delays may occur when there’s a high amount of orders or due to personal reasons.
How do I receive the HeArt Reflection?
You will receive your HeArt Reflection as a Mp3 file via Wetransfer (you will get an email with instructions on how to download the file).
After receiving and downloading the file, it is yours and you can listen to it infinitely.
In which language can I receive the HeArt Reflection?
A HeArt Reflection can be received in either English or Dutch or both. Check the box with the language you prefer in the application form.

The first time I particularly listened to the words, the content, the message and critically to transitions. The second time I felt the optimal meditative status of the artwork.
The soothing effect really hit me by then. I was floating on the soft, loving music, singing, poetry and words. The transition of text to poetry and singing felt all aligned then.
